We have made quite a few changes to the Alicanto Platform, including adding a Members page, Library Asset Favoriting and Filtering by Topics, public Events and much more.
You will now see a list of all upcoming cases at the top of your dashboard, ordered most recent first.
The default sort on Alicanto Consult will now show you all the cases that have been recently updated first.
When you log in to your Dashboard on Alicanto Consult, we have organized the display of each item for you to provide more information.
We now show the reason for scheduling a consult.
On the videoconference page for a meeting, you will see an "Edit Meeting" button. You can either click this or click on the link labelled "Edit" in the floating menu on the right side of the screen.
Meetings that have been created in Alicanto and recorded to the cloud can now be viewed directly from the archived videconference page inside of your group.

If you use a personal Harvard Zoom link or Starleaf permanent room, you can save those links for use in a future web conference scheduling on Alicanto.
If you are the host of the meeting series, you will see a warning message when you are at the last meeting in a series. Use the Schedule button to schedule more meetings. You can schedule only 12 meetings ahead. This is a zoom limitation.
If you are the host of the meeting, you can start your meeting from the My Meetings after logging on.
If you are a regular attendee, you will see just a JOIN button.
Groups can be made visible to logged-in users and have users request to join.
If a group is set to allow auto-join, then new users will automatically be added to the group when they as to join.
Groups are listed by default by your most visited groups first. You can change the sort to the alphabetical listing.
Group members can now be exported to a spreadsheet by group admins or leaders.
You can find this option by clicking the member’s tab in any group.
You can also switch between a grid view and a tabular list view for easier viewing.
You can now subscribe to topics from the library topics page and get notified by email when new content is added to the group. You can see the topics you subscribed to on your “My Topics” in “My Alicanto”.
Group admins and leaders can now close and open discussion threads to control access to post new replies.
Group admins and leaders can now toggle which group sections they want to enable.
Users can now add attachments to discussion threads in group areas.
The library can now show featured resources. We have added some helpful videos on how to use Alicanto.
You can now browse clinical trials for BIDMC and Lahey from within Alicanto.
You can filter by specific trial criteria.
They are sorted by the date of the last update on clinicaltrials.gov.
